How the engagement runs

Discovery call (45 minutes)

Andrew walks through how your business actually runs. Quoting, scheduling, follow-up, onboarding, billing, reporting, the inbox. The goal is to find the parts of the week that repeat. The call is recorded so you can reference it later.

Ranked plan (45 hours)

A 2 to 3 page written document. Each line names a specific workflow, the AI tools that handle it, the estimated hours saved per week, and the order to implement. Tools named come from the live stack: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Calendly, Twilio. Recommendations are matched to the bottleneck, not the brand.

Walkthrough call (30 minutes)

Andrew explains the plan, answers questions, and helps you decide what to build first. You keep the plan whether you implement with Andrew, your own team, or another vendor.

The 5-hour guarantee

If the assessment does not identify at least 5 hours per week of repeatable work that can be automated with current AI tools, you do not pay. The guarantee is unconditional. Not a partial refund. Not a retry. The math has to work or the engagement does not happen.
